IREC 2026 is inviting a limited number of PropTech and Real Estate Innovation companies to a dedicated Showcase within the International Real Estate Conference — hosted in India for the first time. Developers, brokerage leaders and investors from 35+ countries, in one hall for three days.
IREC 2026 is organised by NAR‑INDIA, the national professional body representing India's realtor community and professional standards.
Hyderabad Realtors Association hosts IREC 2026, bringing deep local market knowledge and an established professional network to the PropTech Showcase.

There's no rental charge for any position on the floor. Show us what you've built — based on your category and stage, we allocate a position sized to fit, from a compact Innovation Pod up to a full Partner Stall.

IREC expects 2,000+ delegates from 35+ countries — developers, brokerage leaders, institutional investors and technology founders.
Based on your category and stage. Positions range from a compact 10ft × 10ft spot up to a full 20ft × 20ft stall. All positions receive the same delegate passes and showcase benefits regardless of size.
Floor space itself carries no rental charge — every position on the Showcase floor is free. Building out your position (shell, fascia, furniture) is arranged through the official HITEX-approved fabricator once your application is confirmed; package pricing is shared at that stage.

Yes — a founder or senior team member should be present for the full event to make the most of the floor, the demo stage and investor meetings.
Yes. India's e-Visa facility covers citizens of 160+ countries, and a formal invitation letter is provided on confirmation.

No. Entry is free, the curation panel is named in advance, and sponsors have no vote in selection.
Yes. IREC 2026 is the seventh edition, following Manila, Bangkok, Incheon, Hanoi, Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur. Hyderabad is the first Indian host city.
Floor positions are allocated on a rolling basis and close once filled or on 18 September, whichever comes first. Later applicants may still be considered for the digital PropTech Landscape listing.
